Who is Mary?
Mary is the Original Founder of Mary’s Gluten Free. She started the bakery in 2010 after a request of a Celiac neighbor who had had not enjoyed dessert for more than 17 years. Mary was on a mission to bake a delicious dessert for this neighbor and through this endeavor, the famous carrot cake was created! We thank Mary for her contribution and vision. As the baton has been passed, our vision is to provide for the Gluten Free needs of our neighbors and community. We are excited to bring Mary’s Gluten Free to you with our bag mixes and special orders. We look forward in serving you with your Gluten Free Needs!
